Catching motion?

.. i just wanted to start off by saying sorrry for not updating in soo long..

how has everyones summer been so farrr. ???!! come onnn i want all the juicy details ;) hehhee.. unfortunately.. i've forgotten all the emoticons.. so my journal won't be as colourful as it has been in the past *sniff sniff.. although i have to admit the number of emoticons was getting a little scary..

anywayss... what i wanted to ask was ... does anyone have a good technique for catching motion. ?? anddd could u please teach me .. if possible...

i was planning on taking a few shots of some guys doing bike stunts.... but i don't want to waste the whole day getting 90% blurry images.. so yaaa.. if u have any adviceee or techniques.. that would really help :D
